Theres a couple of VHS videos i own which ive just converted to DVD with quite abit of History on the Wirral as i love my History i thought i would share with you how the Wirral looked back in the 1940 - 1950s.

  • This is an excellent video. I loved seeing the old buses. I also loved the school scenes as it was very much like that when I was at primary school in the 60s. I remember the dreaded bottle of milk, often left to curdle in the playground in summer. I've never been able to drink milk since unless it is mixed with something else. I also remember Country Dancing classes, which I hated. :)

  • Remembering the past. How nice it must of been from the elite family. I wonder how the farm lands were during this time.  I have a lot of memories still.
