Good siren and air horn technique.Classic pierce Arrow closed cab.Iremember when they were brand new (the four Arrows)they were the first rigs that i seen in New Castle County with blue lights 1987.

I know where this house is. Rt.13 & Rt.40 split. This part of Rt. 13 is bad. I use to drive it for 2 years. And it is horrible in rush hour. Ther other house is across from the college.
