i have a question i wanna get a tank like this probably smaller but if i had a fish in a tank like this won't it jump out (betta) please respond because i want one soon thanks!

Unfortunately, jumping is always a risk with open top tanks. You can try to minimize the risk by keeping the water level a little lower, and also providing your fish with enough cover to feel comfortable, but there are no guarantees. I lost a couple of celestial pearl danios when the tank was new, but haven't had any jumpers since adding the driftwood.

I think the powerhead is creating too much flow, you fish are almost swimming in place. Very nice tank though, I have to get me one of those 12L
