Smoked 5 full slabs of pork ribs trimmed from spare to St. Louis style. These fukers came out bomb ass. Took about 6 hrs had trouble early in morning with wind and 50* weather so had to extend cook time. The shrimp was a last minute thing but being the Pitt-master that I am(ha ha) just skewered them & tossed into smoker
