its the button for the fresh air in or recirculating air switch to recirculate and it should stop ticking then have to troubleshoot find out why won't stay in fresh air

This problem has returned once again, because my AC had a problem. The evaporator is busted. I had it fix now but I think the mechanic brought back the ticking sound from my A/C...meaning he doodled with the relay again, which he thought he's fixing. Im going to have this fixed soon.

The mechanic (from Mitsubishi) fixed this, already.

What was the problem ? What did the mechanic replace ? My friend too has this problem in his new car and the mechanic has not been able to find the cause for it. Thanks in advance

They say it was the RELAY, it is hard to find an OEM part for it so they told me they switched it from the Thermostat , so my Ticking is gone, but my Temp. settings (Heater in particular) aint. Actually who needs a Heater in our climate.
