@c32load I rode on Bar Harbor once from La Guardia to Worchester Mass. It was an old tail dragger though, scared the hell out of me.

The orange peels are the coolest things ever. flight deployment would be a real drag though, oops sry.

Excellent footage. I especially like the in depth interior shots. Compared to today's offerings of corporate cabins, this vintage 600 outclasses just about everything for square footage/price. With all that space to relax in, who would want to get there fast? :)

Excellent posting! I remember these back in the early '80s flying for an airline in the northeast US called Bar Harbor Airlines. They flew the CV600. My Dad was a Capt on the CV600 for Bar Harbor.
