I've been studying their dance style and the one who ends it with the solo starting at 3:01 is Phi. He is the tallest of the crew outside of Joe who was not in the performance.
Step up 2 was before Gary died so it was him in this movie, Kevin was not in this for some reason. You can check out the credits for step up 2 and it will tell you who was in this film; and Gary's name was there and not Kevin's.
