  • A great piece of engineering

  • @CaRa9273 I use the QW 757;)

  • I want to see these in the air for the next 30 years ! Quite simply the best airliner built. Happy Birthday 757 !

  • Happy Birthday 757! you might be 13 years old than me! But you still look like a new baby!

Hopefully one day I will get the privileged to fly on you!

  • Happy birthday.

And now I open my FSX and fly with the CS 757. =D

  • Happy birthday to the 757

  • Tomorow, this Ellegant, highly sophisticated aging work horse will live full 30 years in the sky, in February 19th 1982 this plane went up to the air, fresh, young and powerfuul.

Today, 30 years later this plane is still the very same amazing metal bird that soared into the winter sky.

With 1050 aircraft, with many of them being retired latelly, I can say that my eye after this video wasn't dry, I was tearing from happines to see this aircraft climbs to the sky.

    Long Live 757!

  • such a beautiful plane. fantastic climb power. shame, i probably won't be able to fly it again. too many airlines are replacing them.. :(

  • Truly one of the best airliners ever built. Originally designed to replace the 727,the 757 ended up carving out a new market on its own. Many 727 operaters ended up supplanting their fleets with 757s rather than replacing the 727s.

  • I adore the 747-800, for its sheer might and size, but the 757 is absolutely the most comfortable plane I have ever flown on, even in economy. It's awesome, and it's too bad that it is out of production.
