NMMC Show Time

This is my favorite opening song. Even though I grew up in the 90's watching the Mickey Mouse club with Britney Spears and ect.. the 70s NMMC was 10 times better.

Oh wow. Does this bring back memories. I was 8 years old when the NMMC debuted in 1977. The problem was that the local station aired it around 2 or 2 thirty in the afternoon on the weekdays and school didnt let out until 3pm. So the only way I could see an episode here and there was if I was sick, on vacation, or cut out of school early. I think the ratings would have been better if they only aired it at a time when we kids could see it. And I had the maddest crush on Kelly!!! (who didnt?)

Disney's great forgotten Mickey Mouse club. Disney doesnt even acknowledge the shows existence now a days, its like it never happened. I always liked Anita myself, cute little girl, although all these kids are older than me. I remember I used to watch the re-runs of the original show from the 50s and then this one came out but did not last long. I never got to see the 3rd version in the 80s or 90s.

i found an old vcr with this and iwatched it i love it i wish disney never changed this was the best :) i wish i was born during this time i want to be one of the kids lol

@MegaEvalee Those kids did not reach puberty at that time. That is why the vocals were high pitched! :-)

They where talented,but they sing way to high, and loud.....still love them after all these years.
