NO!! He start electro styte music like now since about 2005....he was aka "Mondo Grosso" from 1990 to 2004...early Mondo Grosso was a acid jazz band, Shinichi was the composer and bass player, about 1998 all the member had leave to be a 1 man band and making the sound like House, Club jazz, R&B, 2step... Check out his early music in my channel, just search keyword : "Mondo Grosso" ^_^
