I actually have to side with books, since this generation has become WAY too dependent on technology. What happened to the natural way of reading a book out in the sunlight at the park? How "vivid" will the Nook screen be then? Also, her last term makes a good point. I drop my book in a puddle. The slight durability of the cover allows me to easily wipe the water off, and though the edges of the papers are damp, the book is overall OK. I drop my Nook in water.
..... *sniff*
100 books gone.

Books are good gift items and paper is best for studying, you know, flipping pages, searching, large format and drawing funny images on sides when bored on lesson :)
Kindle is awfully slow at that. But I can read a dozen or two e-book novels per year just by having them handy in any spare moment. Kindle makes my life much less productive, but I love it :)

Death to the Kindle! Love the video, though... =)

(but i actually really like book shelves..lollz) and you can now get a kindle for 79$ now... not 260$...4.the battery life of a kindle is now up to 2 months... and it is way lighter then carrying a bunch of books if you o on a trip and it doesnt get all ruffled up like books do and they arfe less exensive then regular book half the time... and a book can to be broken ust ripe it in half, cut it, tear it, burn it..ect..(not a fun thouht thought..lollz

i know this is just for fun but here are my personnal aruments... 1. the kindle can download in less then 60 seconds vs the book that you have to go to a book store to get ( at least 20 minutes ).. 2. kindle has internet, so if you wanna look uo a word online, you can vs a book that you have to look in a dictionnary...3. the kindle can hold u to 3000 books now all within something that ways less then a pound vs a book that you would need multile book shelves to hold all of them (to be continued)

@MegaScubadive I actually received a Kindle as a gift AFTER I made this video, and I absolutely love my Kindle. I still buy books sometimes, but obviously my opinion on the Kindle has changed a bit since I made this video a year ago! :)

@jompyshy so are you going t to make another video admitting you were wrong?
josephhrndz 6 months ago
@josephhrndz Nah, probably not. I mean, I wasn't WRONG after all, because it's just an opinion and, even though my opinion has changed, I still felt that way at one point, and I still love to read regular books, too! :)

And....if you drop a book....woops, some dust. Drop a Kindle (or itampon for that matter) and your out alot of money. I dont like digital books at all. Sadly, I think they may be heading the way the burgler and the cop did on the cookie crisp box.
