I think you misunderstood. That was my point. Scientifically, sperm and ova are alive, but no one in their right MIND would call ejaculation or menstruation murder.

I don't think he's specifically trying to use that as an argument for why the law is bad... but it's true. Right now if this law were passed it would be unconstitutional because we HAVE Roe. vs. Wade and this law is in direct contradiction to that. But that's the point. They want to put this law through so someone will challenge it and they can take it up to the Supreme Court and see if they can overturn Roe vs. Wade. So it is purposely unconstitutional.
