  • @poonageguy thanks finally someone who isnt homo

  • @stzebi You usually work that out yourself but 3-5 sets is what i'd say is average

  • how many sets homo

  • @ apourv1991 Lat pulldown is a back strengthening machine and helps a lot when done correctly. use less weight and more reps with controlled movements, like in the video. however, if you're training for sports explosion and power, bring the bar down as quickly as you can, but as you return the bar to the starting position to start another rep, bring it up slowly, like 3 seconds at least. yu follow what im saying?

  • Lat Pulldown is not a power machine, I guess.Hence I always use 1 plate less, and do more reps. This seems better, because for a heavier weight, pressure comes on my arms, and less on my back. But will doing more reps @ smaller weights help to increase my power??

Please correct me if I'm wrong anywhere?

  • Ideally inhale on pull phase ....plus cervical extension is coupled with hyperlordosis of the lumbar spine (lovett reactor) In other words you shouldn't look up unless you want to eventually live with pain

  • Can this be done with Elastic bands?

  • @sf2explus That's just a different excercise targeting slightly different muscles and there is nothing wrong with that exercise.

  • @JoeHacaMusic That's what she said.
