You're jamming your plant at the back of the box, instead raise pole at 3rd step and drop pole at mid box and run through last step. you'll exert more energy at take-off..trust me champ
The bottom half of your vault is great, I'd just like to see a bit more upward pressure from your left arm. after that, you kind of loose it. That's why you snake over the bar sometimes. Also why you get massive hip height, but may not have cleared, had the bar been higher.
Stop looking at the bar, and drop your shoulders all the way back and you should honestly add a foot your your jump. -Joe

I'll go through this, frame by frame.
1. Great take off. Free, very tall, good drive-knee. (would have liked to see a bit more upward-pressure from the bottom arm though)
2. Good, long swing, but bottom arm has collapsed a bit.
3. then you tuck both legs (swinging to inversion helps put a lot more energy into system, and allows you to use it, better).
4. You get caught in the 'L" position and never fully drop your shoulders. This shoots your more outward, than upward.
