Cape Breton is a hard go , but it makes us who we are. I wasn't born here but I have been here for over 25 years and I am proud to call myself a Nova Scotia and foremost a cape bretoner. I went "home" for a year and I missed this gorgeous island, my REAL HOME. The salt air goes in and out my lungs and the salt water flows through my veins. The young ones are leaving, but I or one am never leaving this island.

@MrYoyojo You wouldn't know a great performer/artist if it came up and bit you in the ass! Some of Canada's greatest entertainers are from Cape Breton. MacLean and MacLean, Matt Minglewood, to name just a few. Cape Bretoners are the hardiest and most respectful peole I have ever known. You obviously don't know the meaning of the word "respect" therefore, you do not DESERVE Cape Breton.
