MINOT, N.D. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is helping communities along North Dakota's Souris River rebuild after historic flooding damaged more than 4,000 homes this summer. The Corps is currently building critical infrastructure to support more than 800 temporary homes and it has collected more than 61,000 tons of debris, or enough to fill a fill a football field 10 stories high. Patrick Moes reports.
