It is a real shame people can't narrate anything, They always place shit music as a background.
Thankfully there is a MUTE feature to block out that CRAP.

@ke5glb I know this post is 5 months old, so perhaps you have found the rods now, but a simple search for glass bead making rods will get you the results you need. Most sites that carry the rods for that also carry rods for this. Hope that helps :)

Well most people don't wear gloves while doing this. Reduces accuracy.

@MediasNotFoolingMe You can't spin the glass and it is more likely to slip out of your hand. Also Glass is a terrible conductor or heat, it won't spread heat throughout the piece like metal would.
