Sorry, I do not know why or how Kicesie chooses to reply to anyone. I understand she has some rules but I do not know exactly what they are or how strictly enforces them.

I did not expect a reply to these questions. I hoped and was fortunate that she chose to reply. I guess I was just lucky.
