  • Useful information if you've gotten a speeding ticket, although I'm not sure you need to get a lawyer for it.

  • @satchboogyfan

    amen.

Study a couple weeks before the court case.Thats all.lawyer are not REQUIRED for something of this nature.Onetime I was saying legislative words the judge didnt know

  • No really

A lawyer suggests getting a lawyer

The one time i got a lawyer it took forever

and the two times i talked to him prior to the first court date he talked so slow

( to milk it out )

getting paid by the hour can really slow your conversation down

If i added up all the time missed from work and aggrivation

i would have been better off defending myself and taking the first offer from the judge

    Lawyers suck

    remember judges are lawyers first

  • This is purely an advertisement for traffic attorneys. Period.

For "minor" offenses (those listed on the back of your traffic ticket, including speeding), you can dispute it in court on your own if you feel you have reasonable grounds to fight it. If the officer who gave you the ticket doesn't appear in court on the day of hearing (many don't bother to show up), then your case is dismissed immediately. No points incurred on your record. Therefore, no insurance premium rate hikes.

  • Depends on whether you want to accept it or not.
