Sifu Connie doesn't do LHBF the way its done, he is using the glutes this comes from the Wun Yuen System. Looks wrong to those that do not know of this method or been taught it! :)
his movements seem a little choppy and not as smooth as he is not allowing the spiraling movement of internal energy he generates to flow through his strikes with ease. this is perhaps an evolved version from boat people and makes the style wild and unpredictable like the movement of the ocean. thanks for sharing
his liu he ba fa is wrong. it's to slow and the ondulation are not at good moments. you speak is an master, i think is an wrong student; it's your sifu is for that you are happy but is bad!
I have been lucky enough to traing with Sifu (master Connie) for over 10 years and was lucky enough to travel to Hong Kong and meet Grandmaster Lo. connie is a true gentleman and the real deal. Its a shem he is sick and no longer teaching.
Hi i had the privelage of training with Connie on and off for 11 years and my training buddy Bill trained with him for 17 years almost weekly. He is a true Gentleman and a real master. Its a shame he is now sick as we would have liked to see how far he would have went as he is amazing
Yes this is Conny (also a very knowledgable in Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut), I was taught by him in the late 80's when I lived in Sydney then I returned to New Zealand. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet. He spent his time and energy to teach me and never asked for any money.I never thanked him properly. I am glad this has been posted so at least I can say thanks. After 2o years I still practice regulary. Also I owe a lot to Ronnie Cheung , Sean from NZ
