You're a terrible psychologist if that's what you think of your patients and I hope to god that you don't treat them that way. And if you actually watched the movie and tried to understand it, he was not schizophrenic at all. In fact , even with the most basic understanding of the movie, none of it ever happened because Donnie chose to die.
