While I agree with the fact that no child should go uninsured. A huge majority of children that are uninsured is due in large part to the fact that the parents don't register them. For any reform to work we can't simply have more and more programs, we have to advertise this help & find a way to provide incentives for parents for enrolling their children up to get basic health insurance. (In simplest ways, show all that a plan can provide for the child's health etc).
