Greetings from Ireland. I was driving out of Dublin at 6pm. The airport was is about 10km north and initially I thought I was watching an airliner explode about two or three miles in front of me about 2000 feet up. If you imagine how you would expect an airliner a couple of miles away exploding and crashing to earth would look, you have an idea what it was like. However it turns out that 200 miles away in Kerry it looked exactly the same... which gives you an idea of the scale!

I've been pondering that myself. There was heavy chem-trailing the day before this in Ireland and there was a mysterious boom associated with this i've read in a couple of places, and shaking windows... look up mysterious booms at google you'll be surprised.
