Anyone in the World Can Be Killed With No Trial (This Means You!)

From Admiral Blair's recent testimony:

"Being a US citizen will not spare an American from getting assassinated by military or intelligence operatives overseas if the individual is working with terrorists and planning to attack fellow Americans."

The government doesn't have to prove any of that, of course. And you'll be dead, so you won't be giving any argument.

Another thing to mull over - the hundreds of people who have been released from US custody after being initially accused being terrorists. People released because it was later found that they were innocent bystanders and had done nothing wrong. So clearly, we're pretty careless with the terrorist title. But now it's not just false imprisonment, it's a death sentence.

Right on man! And now they want to extend that philosophy to American citizens at home. For instance, if some pencil pusher in Washington puts you on a watch list, you might lose your 2nd amendment rights. If the government accuses you of an act of terrorism, then all constitutional protections may be off the table. In effect, this renders all American's citizenship and constitutional rights to be a conditional, and without regard to due process. Its a very slippery slope!
