I started going out there in the mid 60's as a child seeing all the greats including Don Garlits. Last time I was there was @ the end of the 70's. My older brother even worked for Gary Ormsby back then. Wow, those were some awesome times...I have been a NASCAR fan since the mid 80's but my roots start with Dragsters & Funny Cars. I live in the South now but If I ever move back to Sacramento I'd like to check out the new breed.
You gotta know when to let off the loud pedal!! The guy in the white car did a good job makin sure he was alright though.
