This is a video of the University of New Mexico's International Medical Delegation to Honduras on their visit of May 2010 where the students were able to watch a surgical procedure while it was being carried out.

Just if you are interested:
Do you want to help change lives one smile at a time? If so get involved with this year's medical delegation to Honduras. It's an organization that works with Operation Smile, Habitat for Humanity, and Lions Club. You will have the opportunity to travel to Honduras for two weeks, fund and observe a cleft lip or palate surgery, and have personal experience with psychologists, dentists, nutritionists, language therapists, doctors, pharmacists, and others. The organization provides medical aid to the underdeveloped nation of Honduras, by providing healthcare, and necessities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, clothing, medicine, etc.) to improve their living conditions.
