@hazeltyler89 Exactly...Chris Chelios should have been suspended for the remainder of the series from Game 1. Chelios then ran away from Dave Poulin who tried to collect on that debt.
The hit all but Brian Propp's career (he would hang on another 5 seasons, but he only scored 43 more goals...and he had averaged 32 goals a season prior to that (326 to that point).

You can't see it here, but I remember Hextall sticking out his tongue at Chelios just after the officials got between them.

Amazing how a retaliation like Hextall's for the very thing that runs rampant in the sport today earns him a 12 game suspension and Chelios's actions (just about ending Brian Propp's life) didn't even earn him a fkn penalty. Can you spell I N J U S T I C E??? Hextall rocks.

Good for Hextall---and shame on the rest of the Flyers for disgracing the sweater and not standing up for Brian Propp earlier.
