Im on my second PICC line. I just had surgery and you are so strong. This disease is painful.

The cause of all problems is not in your leg itself, so finding the solution for your sore leg is important. Even if you become comfortable with it, other areas of your body will start causing pain and problems. The real cause is in the right side of your head. The area becomes so tight, then it pulls your whole right side, eg, right jaw joint, right shoulder, right hip, right knee, and right ankles. When the cause is corrected, you will feel excellent.

Celtic, I can't imagine the agony you're going through my friend. I wish there was something I could do for you. You're truly an amazing person, I hope you know that. I know it was hard for you to make those decisions. It just brings tears to my eyes knowing how much you've went and are going through. I will keep you in my thoughts. I pray you get better....

Just an update, I found out last week I was approved for social security disability. I'm surprised i was approved my first time applying and figured it would be a long fight.

I am touched by your journey and sorry to see the pain it's caused you. But I wanted to thank you for sharing. It helped me better understand the struggles of friend of mine who have various amputations, some from birth defects, others from the wars in the middle east. You are not alone in having problems with the prosthetic. There are others who share your challenge and others like me who will always support them despite not living it directly. Stay strong stranger.
