  • Reflection is so important in this journey.  Your FAM challenge is the perfect way to really delve into what you're doing.

  • i liked zumba... at first i could not get the moves but the more i did it the more moves i learned,, and i did it at the health club in front of a lot of people.. but i always tried to stay in the back so nobody can see me mess up..lol.. stick with it..you will learn the moves

  • My nut said to increase my calories to 1000 because of how much I'm working out so I'm guessing your calories are fine

  • I think this 30 day FAM challengs is going to be so eye opening for you. Brilliant idea.
