i liked zumba... at first i could not get the moves but the more i did it the more moves i learned,, and i did it at the health club in front of a lot of people.. but i always tried to stay in the back so nobody can see me mess up..lol.. stick with it..you will learn the moves

My nut said to increase my calories to 1000 because of how much I'm working out so I'm guessing your calories are fine
