Wow, victor, talk about blaming the victims. As an STL resident, I certainly did not vote for any candidates who wanted to 'demolish big government.'

Regardless of people's political leanings, it's a bit weak to bring partisanship into the mix when people are suffering. A bit like kicking a horse when it's down, eh?
