I see the Dad's comments and I think that he's failing to teach anything. Tell us Dad, what did she learn in this "learning opportunity"? The teasing about getting hungry is the big kid (Dad) who could have told her to try rocking her feet or some other way to actually solve the problem, but instead gave in to his inner azzwipe personality. He didn't hurt her, but his explanation is almost as weak as his little girl.

wow, 18640 views. I had no idea this was so popular. Thanks for those who commented about helping her when she needed it. I've always tried to parent with the idea that im training her to be an adult. I want her to think her way out of problems. Also, when she asks for help, I wanted her to be able to articulate her request. She was in no danger, so it was a great learning opportunity. Of course, I had to video it because it was so damn funny. Just wish I had a better camera that day.
