El Salto (the jump) is a beautiful canyon just off the Tijuana -- Ensenada Libre Highway at KM 76. It lies just between La Mision and Ensenada.

If you are looking for a fun outdoors getaway close to the border, this place is perfect. It is excellent for rock climbing, rappelling and hiking; and in the rainy season you can view a spectacular +100ft. waterfall. You can even bring your dog along!

hi i just came back from El Salto this weekend i did some rappel with some friends on the waterfall and it's kkinda funny that you recorded our exact camping area at 0:29 haha

@VikingRocker150 AWESOME!!!! :-D I can't wait to go out there again. How much water did the falls have? Hope it was raging! The last time I went I got more footage of it, right after the rain, it was an adventure climbing to it, all of the rocks leading up to it where under water! I'll post it soon!
