What is Cupping Therapy?
Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place.
Cupping therapy has been further developed as a means to open the 'Meridians' of the body. Meridians are the conduits in the body through which energy flows to every part of the body and through every organ and tissue. There are five meridians on the back that, when opened, allow invigorating energy to travel the whole length of the body. It has been found that cupping is probably the best way of opening those meridians.
Cupping has also been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissues, causing tissues to release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, help activate and clear the veins, arteries and capillaries, activate the skin, clear stretch marks and improve varicose veins. Cupping is the best deep tissue massage available. Cupping, the technique, is very useful and very safe and can be easily learned and incorporated into your family health practices.

وصايا مهمة قبل إجراء الحجامة:

(1( يفضل قراءة القرآن مثل فاتحة الكتاب وآية الكرسي عند الحجامة و الدعاء بالشفاء للمريض *** وننصح بالصدقة بنية الشفاء . (2( لا يمكن عمل الحجامة لشخص خائف فالحجامة شفاء من عند الله عز وجل هذا يقين يجب أن تعرفة وهى سنة عن النبي ( صلى الله علية وسلم ( .
(3( الحجامة على بطن فارغة أفضل من بطن ممتلئة ( فهي على الريق دواء وعلى الشبع داء ( (4( الحجامة في الصباح و الظهر أفضل من الليل وفى الصيف أفضل من الشتاء ويجب
الامتناع عن اللبن والزبادي بعد الحجامة.
(5( ينبغي أن يدفن الدم بعد الحجامة لقولة ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ( لعبد الله بن الزبير
( اذهب فوارة لا يبحث عنة سبع أو كلب أو إنسان ( .
(6( لا تتم الحجامة للمصاب بالرشح أو البرد ودرجة حرارته عالية .
(7( الامتناع عن الجماع قبل الحجامة بيوم وبعد الحجامة لمدة يومين.
(8( الامتناع عن شرب السوائل شديدة البرودة لمدة 24 ساعة .
(9( تغطــيـة موضع الحــجـامــة ولا يتم تعرضه للــــهواء الـــبارد .
(10( الامتناع عن أكل طعام مالحا أو فيه بهارات لمدة 24 ساعة .
(11( يجب أن ترتاح ولا تجهد نفسك ولا تغضب بعد الحجامة .
(12( يفضل تناول مشروب سكرى - عصير برتقال ماء زنجبيل قبل الحجامة وأثنائها , . و حسب ظروف المريض
(13( الامتناع عن الحجامة لمن تبرع بالدم ألا بعد يومين أو ثلاثة .
(14( يجب الشكر لله عز وجل بعد تمام الشفاء وخاصة بعد الشفاء بإذن الله عز وجل .
(15( دعاء طلب الشفاء من الله عز وجل ( اللهم رب الناس مذهب البأس أشف أنت الشافي لا شفاء ألا شفائك .. أشفني شفاء لا يغادر سقما(
