@GarfeildMan The problem people are having with the graphics is not based on quality but visual style. Gameplay and graphics are far from mutually exclusive and I think people are worried about how immersive the game is going to be, when your character is a tiny little cartoon douchebag.

Guys. its about gameplay, not eye candy, heck if you gave dwarf fortress a fare shot you find out its one of the best f2p pc games out there. Id rather take gameplay over graphics any time.

@thegeekyjedi If you didn't notice, I said the graphics were tolerable, meaning the're not good, but not bad either. I said that the look of the people/characters in the game were a little strange.

I don't care about the graphics, but I really hope they will at least improve the animations and the characters who both look horrible.

@GarfeildMan I'd still give this game a try, as I'm sure the gameplay is fun, but what I'm truly a sucker for with games is the overall experience. I feel like these "kiddy" graphics would dampen the experience a bit; possibly attracting a much younger audience, thus rendering the game with a lot of "griefers," making for a short-lived game. Of course, that's just my opinion. I might end up loving it.
