you kick ass man. It would be kickass if you pursued your talent in your future man, the mainstream is filled up with too much bullshit right now, we could do with a classic rock revival.

You got it!!!

Watching you closely, this isn't actually all that hard for someone at my skill level, but then again, I'm five years older than you were when you made this video (though I've only been playing for one). So that's still impressive. Great job.

@masonwoodward Thank you for telling people Mose Allison wrote it! Jeez! Nowadays, anyone at my school who knows this song only knows it through the Who, and sure, that's the first time I heard it too, but despite how great they are, they didn't write it! Thank you for being one of the few people to acknowledge the original writer.

This video is featured on The Who's website.
Amazing! Great to see young people that love great music.

I wish I'd discovered The Who (and my love of playing guitar) as early as you did (I'm about to be 22, and I know that's not too old, but still). Keep on rocking, and especially keep on listening to that "nice rock 'n roll band from Shepherd's Bush, London, The 'Ooo"!

Fantastic. You are truly talented. Keep it up!

Mason Woodward: I watched you today for the first time with tears in my eyes. Tears of joy. At a down time in my life, you gave me what I'd been missing: hope and a dream and the power of talent (yours and mine). You're an awesome talent, and an inspiration. Never stop rockin;. You are already more powerful than you know you are.

Thank you, I hope things are going better in your life. Music has saved me many times and I don't know what I would do with out it. I was almost killed a little over a year ago by a drunk driver and music is what got me through it. It's sounds like you play, never give up and play forever! Pete, Roger, Keith and John have given my my love of music and I will always remember that. Glad my playing picked you up, take care. Mason

Rockin', Mason! I really like that you're adding your own licks into the solo!
Ya gotta love the lineage here . . . from the composer, Mose Allison, born in the Mississippi Delta in 1927 . . . to arranger/ interpreter Pete Townshend born in London in 1945 . . to the student Mason, born in Oklahoma in 1998.
Adding this to my list of reasons to have hope for the future.

I'm always telling people Mose Allison wrote this song, but the Live at Leeds version is my favorite. I was born in 1997 not 1998, I'm still 11 and won't be 12 until August. Thank you for your comment. Mason
