Today, more than ever, the Amazigh aspire to live in freedom and dignity. They want to enjoy their land and natural resources and their own identity attributes. Their right to self-determination, it is for them the right to existence, respect and empowerment in the framework of a democratic federal state of Morocco which would enable them to pursue their economic, social and cultural development . From these facts, it follows that the Moroccan State violates the provisions of international law requiring that: "All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development ".
