Brien Calloway a fitness trainer from Atlanta Georgia demonstrates a jump rope routine. This is a great routine to practice when you are trying to warm up before training or burnout after training and get those last muscles fibers. And of course it is great for your cardio.

  • Jump Rope warm up or Burnout Routine are a good and cheap way to burn calories and improve cardio if you don't have much time to workout. Also its good for your mind as you skills improve you can have a lot of fun with it, here is where I am with the improvisation with my jump rope routine.
