I really do know that the African is the most spiritual of all human beings. And you said it yourself "indigenous African culture" So if we have our own gods and godesses then why are we worshipping somebody elses? We were the first to have monotheism, we were the first to have a set of rules that we went by. But now all we talk of is the 10 commandments and Jesus? What astounds me is if you look up the Characteristics of Schizophrenia, Multiple personality disorder & a host of other psychological diagnosing terms, you will find EVERY single one pretty much describes the mental state of religious folk. Don't take my word 4 for it, research it yourself!

My father is an advent church goer by the way and says I'm crazy because I don't eat meat anymore or go to church. I on the other know that region was created to control and disconnect one from the divine connection. But try convincing any religious person of that and they will rebuke you, try to anoint you, and regurgitate scripture like some crazed psych patient suffering from a psychotic break. Religion it a psychosis that runs deep!

This resonates with me.My dad was trying 2 convince me that Chitterlings r a delicacy & my heritage. When I denied this he became enraged & said "So ur saying my grandmother was a liar?" I told him it wasn't my heritage & that I expect that from her given the era she lived n and that bein a delicacy was what they told him 2 make him eat them.I askd how do pig end trails go from scraps to being a delicacy.He said because we took something from nothing & made it taste good!
