@Flowapowa96 well yea, i did think that too, but i'll bet the writers do think about it and do it on purpose, with all those signature castle endings like the "Alexander" episode and the "break you out of jail" episode

@mitzi32996 OH MY GOD!! I never connected those two things because I was thinking extraordinary. Because he says, "I don't want ordinary. I want..." and then Martha says, "Magic". So its my thought that he would've said "Extraordinary". I love that connection, though. I wonder if the writers even think about this stuff.

@shortizzmolology It's a reference to The X Files. Dana Scully was the name of a skeptical F.B.I agent partnered with Fox Mulder, a man who believed his sister was taken by aliens when he was 12.
If you haven't seen it you should definitely check it out, it's an awesome show, and many members of the crew on Castle worked on it beforehand. Including executive producer Rob Bowman.
