It's just, if they didn't say it was a diesel i bet everyone would have been able to guess lol.

And, those gasoline engine'd beasts are crazy, that's six feet of flame that can cook a turkey instantly O.o

@peepeevagi Diesels smoke like crazy, haven't you seen a truck start up, M1 has very little smoke. every time you would floor it they would smoke. The old gassers didn't smoke flame cam out of the exhaust. I remember watching gasser M88s with flames shooting out the exhast 6 feet, it was awesome at night.

@Contra Joe The M-60A3 had the same turret as the M-60A1. The only external difference was the thermal sleeve on the gun barrel and the wind sensor on the back of the turret roof. It was upgraded with improved fire control systems.

The M-60A2 was not in service for too long. It was a maintenance nightmare.

I was a gunner on the M-60A1.

Also, what about the M-60A3? is its turret bigger? And why is it we never hear much about the '60A2? Was there one?
