It's an Irish breakdown... like a deviation from the original song into something more traditional... and wild.
It's in the same style of Flogging Molly, but the two tunes are completely different.

so far i'm the only commenter...but i think around 4:45 on this clip sounds very similar to flogging molly's tobacco island around 3:10 into that song. idk
