  • no noo, those Si apearance is for keep those SI idiots able to use those hardware

    computers use 1024b

  • @nfsmw6 What does your computer call 1000 Bytes? a kB (kilobyte)

Both Ampère as Volt are SI units and so are Watt, Ohm and Coulomb

If I type "catalog electric motors" into google, the first thing that comes up is the website of hoyermotors (this might change by region, but that website is in english) Click a bit around and you will find the technical information sheets where the weight is in kg whilst lengths and diameters in mm.

  • SI = FRAUD (LIKE AIDS, GLOBAL WARM, ECONOMIC CRISIS, ETC, ETC, ETC)

  • @nfsmw6 I will agree that using the system you always used is very practical.

I for one grew up in Belgium and I always used the metric system and so did my parents. Whitout looking anything up or doing complex calculations (10N=1kg sitting on something, thus 18DaN~18kg) I can imagen 18DaN being the force i could still provide with one hand, yet just starting to struggle. 13kPa is (if it is relative) to little to notice.

That being said, I don't have a clue what one llbs or psi is.

  • decimal system is more easy for girls

    hahahhahahahahahah

    ahahahahahha

  • @wybo2 iTS A LIE

For example if you say in an oil drilling operation that there is 45,000 llbs of force on the bit I can picture a tank or caterpillar tractor sitting on the string or if you say there is 2200 psi in a cylinder I know what can happen if you break the valve. On the other hand if you say there is 18 deca - newtons on a bit or 13,000 kilopascals of pressure, we older people have to pause and really think what forces we are dealing with.

  • @samjezard imperial is retarded dude

  • to all one worlder metric morons; THE POLES MIGRATE!

  • @samjezard the army also uses metric bro
