* Download David Keith Jones from iTunes or Amazon etc. ... I recorded this in 2005. Ray Eberle made this song, composed by Hoagy Carmichael to lyrics by Ned Washington, a hit with Glenn Miller in 1938. Ray sang before the Sinatras and Laines broke free of the big bands but was proud to be part of a great team. There are two shots of Ray in the video.
Also remembered is the great Richard Burton CBE (1925-1984) -- Rhisiart ap Rhisiart bach y Saer ap Siencyn -- renowned actor, writer, intellectual, rugby player, lover, family man, benefactor, smoker and drinker. Who among us is without fault? -- he was 'Bardd a Twysog Cymru' - a generous Bard-Prince of Wales who came from humble stock in Pontrhydyfen. Read his biography by Melvyn Bragg.
