RC Airsoft Gun - Wii Remote

This is a little something I whipped up in a few hours. I basically attached a vex servo to the trigger of a Hi Capa 5.1 which is then connected to an arduino usb board. The usb board is connected to my laptop which is connected to the wii remote via a bluetooth connection. I wrote an application in vb.net using the wii mote managed library (I didn't make it) that will send serial data to the usb board if the wii mote data meets a certain criteria. The gun is fired if the trigger (button B) on the wii remote is pressed or if the accelerometer in the nunchuck detects a large increase in gravity like a (punch).

what kind of airsoft is it? co2?

It is a WE Hi Capa 5 dot 1that runs off green gas which is contained in the magazine. Its a nice gun but the slide is heavy and it guzzles gas....get a tokyo marui hi capa even though its plastic slide you can't tell and they are built very well.

you can use rc plane rx's to control the gun wirelessly... If you could do a wii remote to a rc transmitter broadcasted to a receiver, you can have more options. Plus with a camera, you can remotely control the sentry gun( no pun intended lol).

im doing similar with some success using an ethernet shield and meccano based car with the motor hacked to work with arduino and a servo turning mechanism one problem is the meccano motor is absolutely weedy. Can you think of any way of boosting the power IE/ another motor. I have it hooked up to a transistor and the arduino VIN pin.

PS i cannot come up with a way of making the motor reverse without swapping the wires
