  • I just noticed I said protein in the shake at night for the fats. LOL I should have said penut butter for the fats.

  • I don't think I would have the will power to fast, even with protein shakes.  Though I have a protein shake almost every day, but mine is made with Skim Milk, for the calcium...and extra calories...

  • Good job so far...and yes you should stay after Jay or he will probably quit ;)

  • You might be smart in getting after Jay to stay with this ;)

  • Your starting weight is a lot lower than mine :). I wouldn't focus too much on your weight during this thing because it will come back on pretty quick once you start eating 'real' food again. I'm staying off the scale. Whatever that first thing you eat is I guarantee you it will taste amazing. I'm thinking of eating brussel sprouts because I hate them lol.
