I have been watching BJ Penn record his meals --and it's occurred to me that this in an ingenious way to monitor food intake AND teach young people (of ALL ages -- Wink) to be more aware of what they consume. Diet is self-defense.

  • I'm not "dieting" to lose weight, I'm journaling what I eat to eat more consciously --and I'm in a project where I'm teaching MA instructors how to create content (short vlogs) for their student sites.
