Just remember the last 3 have to burn, so it could be before, or after 20, 20 is probably the 1/2 way point, just if your starting to have trouble make thoes last 3 intence.
its more of a comedy, but the action actually works. I have lost alot of weight since I started, but this is assuming that you have started out in good shape.
