Why has this not been aired in the UK? BBC in the UK are rubbish!

Loving that Doctor Who is doing so well in America AND that they are now celebrating the shows past and origins on top of the new series (its more than overdue that they did that lol)BUT it is annoying that 1)we in the UK cant even see this documentary. and 2) that the BBC over here haven't done anything to celebrate the show yet after promising that it would dominate the year and here we are 2 months in and nothing. Other than saying episodes will be in sucky 3D later in the year...yay.. not.

I didn't even know about this until I watched the new Dr. Who episode a week ago. Does any body know if they're going to rerun the first two Doctors Revisited or where I can find them on the internet? I couldn't find anything except a couple of promos on BBC America's site.
