when you list "coleslaw" as an ingredent, do you mean just shredded cabbage and carrot, or fully made-up coleslaw mixed with mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar?

I mean just the shredded cabbage and carrots. Sorry for the confusion - I need to be more specific with this. Thanks for writing and watching :)

Hi Lisa- You can order the rice paper wrappers from Amazon (dot) com. Also, if you want to make your own there are several "spring roll wrapper recipes" that can be found online. I would just google "spring roll wrapper recipe." Thanks for writing and for watching my vids :)

Hello sewherry,
Don't want to sound like a butthead but you might want to google for asian stores in your area if not already. It is very rare for regular grocery stores selling these rice paper. I'm just luck to live in a city that has asian markets all over. And yes! You could do so much with rice papers. Beside the stuffing, don't forget the sauce!

Thanks, Lila. I will try both, fresh and fried, with and without sauce; Hoisin, sweet chilli, and maybe peanut, because I'm a legume.

I usually just serve these fresh, but I've found that you can deep fry them for about 2 min. And they can be dipped in any sauce of your choice - I usually use just a little hoisin or some soy sauce :)
