To make these merignues you will need:

175g or 6oz caster sugar (or superfine)
3 eggs (medium)

Equipment:

Scales
Mixing bowl
Hand or electric whisk
Large metal spoon
Baking parchment or silicone paper
Baking sheet

Oven temperature - lowest possible

Cooking time - 2.5 to 3 hours

  • you dont need to use a metal spoon or fold in thesugar

  • Amazing! It worked. But next time im using the electric mixer :p It took me about 40 minutes with the whisk. I thought it would not work but it did.

  • @crystal13tiffany mine didn't even work!!! They flattened out on the baking sheet.
